| Jacques Badenhorst (Managing Director) |

| Jacques spent six years in production for a large mining company, involved in both production and metallurgical development arenas. He also gained valuable
experience commissioning a large gold plant in Mali. Jacques then joined the
contract operations arena as a Plant Manager on a coal plant and left the company,
after four years, as an Operations Manager having been responsible, from inception
through to production, for the mining portfolio of a Heavy Minerals project with a
major client. |

| Harry Larkins (Operational Director) |
| |
| Harry spent 7 years in a large mining company in the operational arena, gaining
experience in various aspects of the gold mining industry, including dump
reclamation and research facilities. Harry then moved into the contract operations as
a Plant Manager on a coal plant, later becoming involved in the gold, platinum, and
heavy minerals arenas. After four years, Harry left as Operations Manager
responsible for the mining portfolio of a Heavy Minerals project with a major client. |

| Ian Graupner (Non-Executive Director) |
| |
| Ian has a Chemical Engineering Degree and is a registered Professional Engineer. He has 23 years experience in the metallurgical industry, having commenced with Anglo American (Gold). A short stay with Davy Mackee, then moving through LTA Process Engineering where he, along with the other shareholders of MRD, built the LTA Process Engineering Operations Division. Ian left LTA as a Director and Board Member along with the other MRD Shareholders started MRD in 2002. |

| Japie Grobler (Financial Manager) |
| |
| Japie completed his SAICA articles and spent nine years in the accounting and audit
environment. He entered the commercial field in 2008 as financial manager at CDT Homes,
which operates in the construction sector. During this time he helped guide the company
through the recession by way of meticulous use of his knowledge and sound business
practices. He left CDT in a sound financial situation with great optimism for the future. Japie
joined MRD in June 2010. |

| Alex Strauss (Project Manager) |
| |
| Alex spent 11 years in a Steel Producing Industry. He moved on to construction and went into Sales Management. During his career he gained excellent problem solving skills and plant operation optimisation experience in production and maintenance. He joined MRD in July 2007 and is in charge of mainly the Vanadium projects of the Company. |

| Ben Geerdink (Project Manager) |
| |
| Ben started his career at USCO in the metallurgical department. The last 25 years he worked at the Vaal University of Technology lecturing in non-ferrous metallurgy and mineral processing. He joined MRD in July 2008 as the Manager at the slag plant Northam Platinum and is responsible for the successful operation of the plant which includes the recovery of PGM’s, Cu and Ni from a slag waste dump as well as fresh smelter slag. |
